Safety & Community Guidelines
Last updated 29 August 2026
Tasali App is built women-first so conversations start on comfortable terms. Here is how we protect the community, and how you can look after yourself.
Our house rules
- Be yourself: real name you go by, real photos, real intentions.
- Women send the first message — everyone waits to be welcomed in.
- Keep photos and messages free of nudity and explicit content.
- No asking for money, gifts, crypto, or investment help. Ever.
- Respect a no, respect silence, and respect someone's pace, faith, and family.
- Adults only, 18 and over.
What we do behind the scenes
- Every profile photo passes an automated safety check before it can appear, and we remove explicit or unsafe content as soon as we find it. Members can also add an optional selfie check to earn a photo-verified badge — the selfie is used once and then deleted. Automated checks can be wrong, so please still report anything that feels off.
- Photos are stored privately and served only through short-lived links.
- Messages are limited to mutual matches, so nobody can message you out of the blue.
- Reports are reviewed by our team, and accounts that harm others are removed.
Meeting in person
- Video or voice chat first — it's the simplest way to confirm someone is who they say.
- Meet somewhere public the first few times, and arrange your own transport.
- Tell a friend or family member where you're going and when you expect to be back.
- Keep your drink with you, and stop the date whenever you want to. You never owe anyone more time.
- Keep personal details — home address, workplace, financial information — private until trust is earned.
Spotting a scam
Be careful with anyone who declares love very quickly, refuses video calls, claims to be travelling or working offshore, or moves the conversation to another app straight away and then mentions money. Never send funds or share banking details. Report it to us and we will act.
Reporting and blocking
Every profile card and every chat has a shield button: use it to report, block, or unmatch. Blocking hides you from that member straight away, and unmatching deletes the conversation for both of you. Reports are confidential — the other member is never told who reported them — and our team reviews each one. You do not need email to reach us: signed-in members can write to the team from You → Help & support and read our reply in the app, and anyone can use the Contact page. A real person replies within 48 hours, and safety reports are read first, usually the same day. Tasali App is not an emergency service — if you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency number or the police first.
